Carol Doherty has more than two decades of legal experience in Jersey and an established reputation across the local property market. As a Jersey Advocate, Notary Public and experienced property lawyer, Carol brings extensive expertise in both residential and commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, property finance, lending transactions, share transfer and flying freehold structures.
Carol will work closely with clients to provide clear, responsive and commercially focused advice, helping them navigate transactions efficiently while maintaining the high standards of service for which Voisin is known. Her appointment also further enhances the firm’s Notary services offering, with Advocate Doherty able to assist clients requiring notarisation and certification services.
